Kargozari Charisma is a private joint stock company in Tehran, Iran. The parent company was founded on July 25, 1994 under the name “Iran Brokerage Company”. On August 5, 2021, the parent company’s name was changed to Kargozari Charisma Company. The Parent Company is a leading provider of comprehensive investment strategy, merging, changing and renewing the financial structure of organizations, and designing and creating financial institutions. The Parent Company further engages in offering risk management, marketing for exchanging stocks and portfolio management, investment fund managing, and brokerage services. Currently, the Parent Company employs 2 Doctorates, 25 Master’s degrees, 22 Bachelor’s degrees, 4 Post Diploma, and 9 Diploma holders. The Parent Company’s goal is to provide distinctive services by relying on more than a decade of Charisma brand activity in the capital market.

- Raised the brokerage's ranking from 67 to 4
- Introduced new trading stations and obtained new legal clients, such as funds and stock portfolios
- Increased in capital from 18 billion Rials to 1,000 billion Rials (approx. $31 million CAD) in order to launch an online trading system
